Our experience of buying our new 2012 KIA Sorento at 401 Dixie KIA was the epitome of "stress-free". From start to finish our transaction was handled professionally, but also with a kindness and concern one would expect from a friend or close neighbor. As time was a big issue for us, we were extremely happy and relieved when the Manager, Debbie, personally expedited the purchasing process - over the phone! Our transaction was finalized in a matter of a few hours and a couple of quick phone calls.
